This beautiful house with many stunning features is situated in a quiet cul de sac close to Playa Serena Golf Course and a short walk to the beach. Ideal for families, it is a 15 minute drive to The British School of Almeria.

The house is set in an enclosed garden with mature trees, shrubs and grass all cared for by an irrigation system . Near the attractive swimming pool there is a built-in barbecue. The 21.5 m2 conservatory has bifold doors which open out onto this area making it the perfect place to socialize with friends and family all year round. The conservatory also benefits from sliding mosquito net doors.

The front door of the house opens directly onto an open plan area with an unique , bespoke , grand staircase, above which is a domed ceiling. The entrance area is 24.5m2.
To the left is a split level lounge/dining area 33.5 m2. This has a double height ceiling giving it a light spacious feeling. Roquetas de Mar is situated in one of the sunniest ,driest areas of Spain. Only 30 minutes to Almeria Airport. Also only a 2 hour drive to the ski resort at the Sierra Nevada in winter. The golf course is just the other side of the road. There are many shops, bars, and restaurants nearby with also a medical center and pharmacy.

In the centre of Roquetas there is a shopping mall and also the British School of Almeria.
Roquetas de mar has 13 km of beaches with a promenade and cycle path.
For nature lovers the nearby Punta Entinas nature reserve provides a tranquil beachfront area with scenic views , wildlife and many species of birds including flamingos.
